The most important of all the five pillars of "Din" is Namaz, which is at the top of all sorts of Islamic worships, Namaz is called (Al-Salat) in Arabic, that means (Dua) (invocation) (Rehmat) (mercy) (Astafaar) (craving forgiveness of Allah) (Tasbeeh) (uttering praises of Allah) etc. Namaz includes all these things.

When a man prostrates before Allah, his head naturally bows down before Him. But it is better that his heart and mind, rather his whole body also prostrates before Allah. One of the Ahadith reveals that
Rasul-I-Akram (SAW) one night when he was in prostrated condition was entreating Allah, "O my Allah, see that not only my body but soul is also in prostrations before you."
This is the peak of worship. The Namaz with full devotion fills the heart with the illumination of holy light of Iman, and dispels the darkness of sins, so that human nature becomes averse to sin.
Allah says in the Holy Quran: -
Namaz preserves from shameful and unjust act.

  2. The man, who deliberately gave up Namaz, has adopted the road to disbelief.
